..A walk from everything up a steep hill with room views over slum area. But reasonable priced. A 5 min walk to metro. A 20 min walk from a massive commercial centre of multi- cinema, lots of excellence different restaurants...comfortable place for walks..Even walked to excellent massive beach with excellent bars + restaurants a walk of 2 hours down hill. Could have got metro very easily from La Salud also and saved walk..,well recommended for getting totally away.a guest house with rooms of 3 star hotel with space...No actual reception, but safe easy security system. Well recomended & use again...!!!

The best location there is! First of all, the stuff is wonderful, even before you come to the hotel your experience with their kindness and hospitality starts. The room is beautiful, not too big but has absolutely everything you need. The bed is comfortable which is the most important part for me. And finally even though you are in the absolute city center - it’s quiet and cozy.

Pension Ciudadela guest house is opposite Barcelona’s França Train Station and 100 metres from Ciudadela Park. It offers basic air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, and private bathroom facilities.

The location is perfect. Short walks to all the main sights. Friendly staff and a very comfortable, clean room. An added bonus was the rooftop terrace! Just step out the door and a ride to the top in the elevator gives you an oasis amid plants and views of the city. Lots of chairs and lounges. We would rest up there for a couple hours at the end of the day before heading out for dinner.

Hostal Goya has an ideal setting, 5 minutes’ walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. It features stylish rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi access.

it was as central as it could get. Just by Placa Catalunya but still a street behind it so one does not hear the trafic as much. The building and the staircase seemed old at first site but once getting inside the hostel it is renovated and the actual rooms and inside it was very fresh, clean and really nice. You get a muffin and a coffee,/tea which is nice. It had a nice seating area where one can have breakfast. Not an actual kitchen but still enough for a few days. It was clean and even had a small balcony if you are a smoker. The staff is so kind and friendly and we only stayed one night but we could have stayed longer. Nice place for couples or friends who are there a few days.

Perfect, cozy place for a short stay! The room was small but had everything needed! The open bathroom was just next to the bed however it was already shown on the Amfores photos! There is rooftop on the 5th floor where you can chill the calm! The staff was very helpful! Really interesting place, tastefully decorated and original!

As a picky, clean gay man, I would recommend this place to anyone! I've never felt so welcomed anywhere, and the service is fantastic. The staff are very sweet and caring! The location is fantastic, well-situated, with all the famous shopping centers within walking distance! It's a super safe neighborhood and surrounding area!
