We absolutely enjoyed our stay - conveniently placed near a Metro, and the team are experienced, thoughtful and helpful during our first time in Barcelona. Helped us with luggages, was kind to cook us a meal when we couldn’t go out to during the rain, and they prepared us a breakfast to go when we checked out before 7 am for our flight. The staff tries to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Tasty breakfast options too. Well worth for those watching their budget.

..A walk from everything up a steep hill with room views over slum area. But reasonable priced. A 5 min walk to metro. A 20 min walk from a massive commercial centre of multi- cinema, lots of excellence different restaurants...comfortable place for walks..Even walked to excellent massive beach with excellent bars + restaurants a walk of 2 hours down hill. Could have got metro very easily from La Salud also and saved walk..,well recommended for getting totally away.a guest house with rooms of 3 star hotel with space...No actual reception, but safe easy security system. Well recomended & use again...!!!

To begin with, the hotel has a great location. The rooms are located in a residential building with a beautiful entrance, which creates a special atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat and so on. The room is spacious and has some old furniture. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is also a coffee machine.

Pension Ciudadela guest house is opposite Barcelona’s França Train Station and 100 metres from Ciudadela Park. It offers basic air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, and private bathroom facilities.

I highly recommend this place! I was checked in by Jose, who was very helpful with not only the place, but he also gave me a map of Barcelona along with tips on what visit and what to do and what not to do in the city. The other staff were also very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice and I also like the small breakfast provided and the common areas that were available. The location is amazing, with only 10-15 mins walk to the center. Overall, just a very great stay and I would stay here again when I go back to Barcelona.

The location couldn’t be more perfect, right in the center, metro and all the bus stops just below. The staff was excellent and super accommodating. Stunning building as well, the bed was also really comfortable and the room really clean and cosy! Wouldn’t stay at another place in Barcelona.
