A lovely room and ensuite, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fabulous place, staff so helpful especially Sebastian. The tapas bar was excellent, very popular, great dinner and quick lunch. Location brilliant close to little train into Bilbao and Guggenheim. Love Plentzia, beach is stunning, we had great walks. Would love to go back, it was a gem. Parking for the VW van was nearby by the police station. Plentzia super popular as beach resort at weekends!

The communication with the property crew was exceptional- we had a substantial delay due to our flight not being able to land in Bilbao because of strong winds and the communication and checkin process was prompt and efficient! The room was beautiful and neat and exactly what we needed for our trip. Super central in the old city in the pedestrian area, we could reach everything by foot. Thank you again!
