The hotel was very central and close to restaurants, cafes, the beach and all we wanted to see. Room was compact but very clean and cosy. Great shower and very comfortable bed! The staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond to help, one staff member even staying late as she knew we were arriving late from San Sebastián, another sent us bus maps and helped with our laundry at the nearby laundromat.

Everything! It’s always clean, well kept and so welcoming. It’s very central and so close to the beach. This is the second time I stay here with my partner. Paulo and his wife are the best, they are so welcoming and ready to help in any way. Nos veremos pronto sin duda, eskerrik asko!

The exchange with the owner who made the check-in easy and who provided a lot of useful information. The pension is very cosy with free coffee, tea, and water. Furthermore, they have towels for the beach and sunbrellas at your disposal. The room is clean and nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had a late bus to Bilbao and were allowed to leave our luggage as long as needed. That was well appreciated. The pension is perfectly located close to a little park, bakeries, and restaurants. It's only a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful "la concha" beach!

Location was great for exploring the Old Town and pintxos restaurants. We had a car and the parking was very close and secure. Francesca checked us in and was very helpful. She gave us a good list of places to visit and places to eat at.
