Had a lovely stay nice quiet apartment in a good location in San Fernando. The bed was comfortable. The room was ample size for one person. The whole apartment was very clean.

We had the choice of two well-presented double rooms. The house is quiet, cool & airy, with outdoor space to sit in the sun or shade. There's a friendly cat who adds to the homely feel. It's walking distance to the local coffee shop & on to the pretty harbour & beach.

Casa Mamre is the best place to stay in Gran Canaria. Located in the barrio of San Fernando (built in the mid-19th century), it is a gem in the faceless hotel-lined Maspalomas. Casa Mamre exudes an incredibly warm, friendly atmosphere, offering the opportunity to meet fascinating travelers, all thanks to the fantastic hosts Francesca and Francesco.
