The hotel is very well located and there are many buses to Palma City. The boss was very enthusiastic and patiently introduced the tourist attractions and routes. There is a refrigerator and microwave downstairs, so you can go to the supermarket to buy food and heat it. The hospitality and high cost performance of the hotel staff are as warm as home.

The SB Arenal is only 80 meters from the beach of Palma de S'Arenal and 10 minutes drive from Palma airport. It is 750 meters from the Mega Park and 900 meters from Beer Street.

We loved our stay! It was very central and in easy walking distance to markets and restaurants. The room is comfortable and well equipped with towels, toiletries, and even some drinks in the fridge.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning as there was lots of variety and tasty eggs made by the lady working at that time. The location was very close to plenty of restaurants and bars and also easy to get to the bus route into Palma.

It has an excellent location. Rooms are very clean, the staff is very nice and the services offered are high quality. The property also offers a luggage storage service and a restroom with a shower for guest who need to refresh before their flight, after the check out.

Fantastic location right in old town Palma. Hostal Pons has charm and character, the staff were wonderful and set us up in beautiful rooms, doing everything they could to grant our special request.
