THe hostel is close to the centre of Portomarin, where you can find restaurants and supermarket. The host is very lovely and helpful. There were only 2 of us in the room, so it was good. The room has its own terrace, where you can dry your clothes. I was there in winter and it was warm inside which is not so common at camino. There is also a kitchen with a coffee machine and the restroom, which is super clean as the host clean it several times a day. It was a lovely stay.

The location is great! It’s not on the busy noisy Main Street so it’s very quiet. However, it’s within walking distance to all local amenities. The room is actually a lot nicer than on the pictures. It’s super clean and comfy. I was on Camino and the owner also greeted me nicely to empower me and to encourage me on Camino.

All check in info is sent the day before! No need to check in with a human on arrival. It was nice to not have to carry around a key. Impeccably clean room. Large bathroom with all necessities. There are 2 vending machines available, one for cold drinks and snacks and another for coffee. Great location.
