Excellent friendly helpful staff. Restaurant very flexible. We arrived late at 10.30 pm having had a car breakdown en route. The restaurant was still open so we had a good meal. We received a free upgrade to our room. Simple air conditioning which actually worked. Lively bar with good simple food. Very central.

Aristondo Pentsioa was an ideal place to stay. I'm on the Camino del Norte and pick this place to stay 2 nights and take a rest day. The location and the room were wonderful. It was the people who made it extra special. Joaquín and his crew are helpful, kind, and gracious hosts. Their restaurant below was a bonus. The town was also a treat to visit. I hope to return one day.

A quiet, clean room with even a terrace. Easy walk to everything including the stations of Renfe and Euskotren. Best of all was Ana. She gave excellent tips what to visit. I asked for Pinch tips and she had a very good list of the restaurant and their specials (that you have order because most of them are warm). They don't serve breakfast, but you can get it next door from 8am. It is easy to make your own coffee and tea.

Pensión Peñaflorida is situated in the San Sebastian City-Centre district in San Sebastián, 300 metres from Victoria Eugenia Theatre and 500 metres from Kursaal.

so much to love about this pension! amazing location, right near the beach, between the old and new town and not too far from the bus station! very convenient location with amazing views from the room balcony. the staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything and were always ready to help! we left our bag as we had a late bus and the staff had everything ready for us when we returned. the room was comfortable and had free wifi, and relatively quiet. would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very clean and cosy, the staff at the front desk were incredible. We got more food recommendations than we could manage! You could tell they were really passionate about them too. For the cost it was 10/10
