Stunning location just above the town with constant breathtaking views. The owners were very accommodating and helpful during my stay. They made me feel very welcome and helped me throughout my time there. Lovely breakfast also.

We stayed at Kern in Seytroux to get away from the busier ski towns around the Porte du Soleil. We were away for just 2 days of skiing and were looking for one night accommodation. Kern was the perfect choice! The town is super quiet, the rumble of the river by our window put us soundly to sleep. The room was lovely. The bonus was dinner at the restaurant. We eat out a lot and our 5 course meal was superb and beats out our favorite restaurants. The staff are very accommodating and were able to ensure we had our breakfast earlier than normal for us to get back out to the ski hill. We would return to enjoy the area more and do some hiking - another stay and chance to eat at Kern would definitely be part of the plan! We arrived in the evening and left early in the day so didn't get a chance to enjoy the beautiful country-side.

Su offered a wide choice of breakfast & dinner to our SKI group - she catered for a Vegetarian without any fuss - and along with her partner Sylvain they were great company socially. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they are great hosts. We were hugely grateful to be able to stay in their beautiful home which we have seen being renovated over the last 3 years into a 5 STAR chalet .. with plans for a jacuzzi and bar / bbq on the terrace in Summer this will make their Chalet hard to beat for any competitor 4 / 5 star chalets.

Location suited really well- just a 7 km drive from the property to Morzine where we've been skiing and the price was 3 times cheaper than any other accomodation in a ski resort. Totally worthing the money. Very nice breakfast and living room always available for eating, for a chat or relaxing. The host is extremely nice and full of like. They realise we are all coming from different countries and different cultures. They really know what tourism means and interested in meeting new people. I found everything very nice, I heard in France usually people care mostly about the money they earn, but here is not the case. We felt very welcomed and supported all the time we stayed there. Thank you Collette and Guy. We will be back. Collette, Merci pour les graines de fleurs, ils ne m'ont pas arrêté à l'aéroport.
