Mas Letour Lavail is a lovely, beautifully restored villa just outside Perpignan. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff, Amelie and her colleague, were very kind and helpful. The villa has a small outdoor pool (too cold to use) and a sauna. We had a delightful stay! Ok, so this place used to be some inustrial building adapted now for a holiday home. It is quite spacious, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open space on the ground floor, good to sleep 10+ people Village is quiet, nice place to stay and not far away from the beach and Perpignian. also we were able to leave our bikes inside Kitchen is rather well equiped, oven, 4 hobs, huge fridge, some pots... Washing machine and dryer, iron - that's more that we were expecting Considering the price, I still consider this very well equiped place

Almost 400 years old house in perfect condition. Very nice patio and terraces with lemon trees and roses. It is peaceful place, very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished rooms. Sylvia and Gilles were very helpful when we stayed there and gave us valuable tips for local trips.
