The owners are so kind and friendly. The house is gorgeous and the room very pretty with confortable bed. Very quiet at night, sleep was perfect. Nearby lots of restaurants and services. Breakfast was good and there was some gluten-free / vegan options. We liked the access ($) to on place washing and drying machines.

Kirsty and Kevin were the best hosts you can imagine. Always nice and helpful with a lot of good trip advises. And that was not even the best thing about our stay. Their breakfast was amazing and one of the highlights of the day. You could choose your breakfast and they were all delecious. The eggs came directly from their own chicken. Thanks again for everything - that was a great start in our holiday!

Amazing place to stay in Aviemore! Much better than we expected. The breakfast was the best ever, delicious cappuccino, local smoked salmon and eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt etc. Room comfortable and friendly staff
