Location of property, stayed in a renovated room and it was spotlessly clean, decorated lovely , the en-suite bathroom had powerful walk in shower and large soft towels , it even had a fridge in the room with fresh milk.. Breakfast was cooked fresh , hot and plentiful high quality of ingredients . The host were welcoming and nothing too much trouble for them .. An excellent stay .. Thank you both

Zoe and Craig were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of on street parking right outside the property. Breakfast was GOOD. We would stay again if we were to revisit LLandudno.

Superb. Jonathan and Alison were super welcoming and kind host . Fabulous breakfast. Nice and cozy old style room (I liked old style a lot!). Also the garden and the view from there was stunning.
