Love the service, the option that a full English breakfast was included. The hotel bar was great and used it many times for a drink at the evening or for some good food. Great open staff who didn't judge. Queer-friendly staff. Calm cozy hotel.

Lovely staff, happy to go out of their way to help with any enquiry. Such a comfortable bed. Appreciated the specialised furniture. Room temperature could be changed with a text message (we didn't use this, but thought it was cool). Right on the high street with shopping centres nearby. And I got to meet their birds!

Everything was exactly as described, great instructions and support to get in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and ready to use from the first moment. It was small, but this is all I need when travelling for work.
