The owners were very helpful and welcoming.The room was fantasticand the location amazing. The main bus route is half a block away. You do not need to use your car at all. Easy to navigate. Every day we got a breakfast bag and a lovely surpriseon EasterSaturday when we returned to our room that night a beautiful boxed Easter Egg. Very thoughtful.

Had a 4 night stay at Elder York, upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly host whose name is Murray. He led us to our room which was super clean and cozy. Every morning our beds were made and we even noticed that they refilled our coffee/tea sachets, daily. :). When it comes to location, the guest house is near Edinburgh Bus Station, and although it's central, the area is still very quite. Also, there are lots of must-visit restaurants and attractions within walking distance. As already mentioned Murray was a very helpful host. He recommended to us a few spectacular places to see and visit while we were there, and ensured that we would check-out as two satisfied guests. Thank you Murray for the wonderfull stay! Lots and lots of hugs from Malta!
