Facilities were very comfortable and clean. Angela our host was very friendly and accommodating. She made us feel very much at home. The location was fantastic. Breakfast was supplied at The Ivy Restaurant amd that was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

It was very conveniently located, only 15 mins walking distance from center. Landlady (I think her name was Monika-I am sorry if I remembered wrongly) was extremely helpful with everything. I showed up early in the morning just to leave my backpack. Later on she ordered me a taxi for the morning. The room was big enough for a solo traveller, private bathroom, coffee tea with biscuits. Breakfast was simple bul fulfilling.Everywhere and everything was clean. I couldn't hope for a better place to stay

Great base for visiting Exeter City Centre- easy walk into town, and then very easy to reach Exerer St David's train Station by foot the next morning. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable room, with a good shower and tea making facilities. Good choice for breakfast and tasty.

These compact rooms are in a newly converted stable block, and offer comfort and relaxation. The Blue Ball is only 6 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Our accommodation was lovely. We had a room that had been refurbished and finished on the day we arrived. Beautiful decor. The pub was lovely. The food and staff were exceptional. I’ve read other reviews people thought the food was pricey. We didn’t feel this was the case. The quality of food was amazing! The staff made us feel very welcome. They were very attentive and easy to talk to. We were asked each day if we needed anything and if our room was ok. The staff also paid interest to what activities we were doing whilst staying with them.
