Cosy , clean an welcoming. Lovely nite for new year watching the fireworks over the water at harwich from our balcony. Had a nice meal there too , very friendly staff.

Host, Lee was very welcoming signposting me to local amenities and was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Accommodation amenities are very well thought out to cater for customer needs. The accommodation is maintained exceptionally clean Parking is literally across the house Would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent, easy communication with host, squeaky clean premises, exceptionally well equipped and stocked kitchen and bathroom, tastefully decorated room and comfortable bed. I've missed a lot of things but these are some highlights

The breakfast included was very comprehensive. I didn't take advantage of the payable option for a cooked breakfast but based on the evening meal it would be very good. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you need for an excellent stay. Bathroom very clean and well supplied. The evening bar meal was very good with plenty of choice. Service excellent.

located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!! if i’m ever in need of an overnight stay in that area i would definitely book again

Lovely hotel with an amazing team running it. All the staff (and the owner) were very friendly. Also in the restaurant and bar for breakfast and dinner, all the staff were really nice and the service was great. Its an old building with lots of character, but the rooms are modern, comfortable beds, powerful shower etc. The local shortbread biscuits left in the rooms was a nice touch, Woodbridge itself is also a beautiful village, with a great high street with lots of independent shops. I strongly recommend this hotel (and restaurant) to anyone visiting the area.
