Great breakfast menu (I loved the fresh omelette), Kara is very helpful in every way, whether bus timetables or recommendations for dinner and also always good for a laugh. The bed is confi, it’s a good location near the heart of the little city and my favorite live-music pub „the Barrel“, a short walk to the beach and the coastal path, good car parking spaces nearby at the supermarket Co-Op (I payed only 6 pounds for 3 nights via the App „just park“) There are two breakfast options: at 8am and 9am. Just a remark, „Burn view“ is during the day a busy street and my room was pointing out to it, (and to the golf club and the hills behind it), some other rooms didn’t, but at night it is perfectly calm. I was out hiking during the day anyway.

Pretty much everything. Warm welcome. Super clean room. Crisp, clean linen and fluffy, supersized towels. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The breakfast was the best we’d had on this trip

Very peaceful, lots of birds in the garden which was lovely to hear. The cabin was adequately equipped and is in a great location. The bed was comfy the cabin was completely private.

Great location close to all the coastal walks and the town of Bude. The hosts were delightful, and the staff friendly. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Small issue with shower pressure on the top floor, which is being worked on by the local plumbers, but this did not worry me as I found the whole value package was good. Great breakfast and very popular evening restaurant. Loved it.

Wonderful welcoming hosts . Our room was immaculate & the bed very comfortable. Amazing breakfasts every morning with plenty of choice. Gill is an amazing cook. Richard gave us directions and information to enjoy a walk around the lovely village of Stratton. We enjoyed their lovely garden in the afternoon with a glass of wine & Gill & Richard showing us around . Great onsite parking ,

The guesthouse is situated in a great location, very close to the beach and Bude high street. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and it really set me up for the day.

Just when you think they covered it all, you open a cupboard and there’s everything you need for a day at the beach from towels to windbreaks and bodyboards. Warm and cosy for your return and everything you need to self cater, kids felt comfortable with lots of room to move and games to keep both kids and adults entertained. Host was very helpful and made our stay even more relaxed.
