Staying at 40th Avenue was such a nice experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The place has a warm, homely vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable. My room was clean, quiet, and cozy—nothing fancy, but just right. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and a well-kept bathroom. Everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. The host was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good stay. The location worked out perfectly for me—peaceful, but still close to everything I wanted to see. It was nice coming back to somewhere calm after a day of exploring. Breakfast in the morning was simple but tasty, and there was always tea or coffee available, which I loved. Honestly, I left feeling refreshed and grateful. If you’re looking for a place that’s more personal than a hotel and full of warmth, I’d definitely recommend 40th Avenue

Both hosts were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. I just fell in love with the whole family, would love to stay with them once again. The room was big and cute, the bed was quite large too, there was everything I needed. I liked the bathroom and all the facilities. Norton, the host, offered me a cup of tea and we chatted away the whole afternoon.
