Right in the middle of Kingussie, near the station, shops, cafes takeaways if needed but also very quiet. Welcoming hosts, really lovely breakfast. Easy parking if you need it

Very homely guesthouse with a super friendly and helpful owner. Great location in the middle of the village with a small supermarket, pub and takeaway close by. Comfortable room for a good, quiet night's sleep. Enjoyed my stay!

Sue and her husband are great hosts. Wonderful breakfast and she made accommodations for my allergies. The room was clean and charming as was the breakfast room. Eating places are walkable and parking was on site.
