Believe he is the boss/owner/service staff, he is very friendly and helpful, he helps us on ours luggage bag while checking in. Show us all the facility before he go off for the day by giving his personal number in case we need contact him. He came back early morning to prepare the wonderful breakfast and coffee which is included. He is great gentleman, superb polite thruout over ours conversation, a send off with handshake while checking out.

The wonderful host and owner Alfie, was friendly, very accommodating, and has created an amazing space for an unbelievable low price. The place is efficiently organised, and appears to be an expression of love and creativity from the owner. I hear it will soon be passing into new hands.     Excellent value for money - very accommodating host, extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great breakfast and the room was quiet and comfortable. Great location opposite the park and easy parking in the street.

    Chadwick Guesthouse is in a nice quiet area of Middlesbrough just across the road from Albert Park. Claudio, the host, is very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. It is the second time I have stayed here and it has proved excellent value for money both times.
