A pleasant surprise to find this accommodation in a historic village right on the coastal path and only 10 mins from St Ives. Glad I stayed here instead of the busyness of St Ives. Fabulous location, steeped in history - the local church next door had an interesting story. Adjacent to a very friendly pub with nice food.

We had a great time staying at Primrose House! The room was super comfortable and clean, and everything was so well decorated. It's a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was always delicious and the location was prime. Also, we work online, and the main area was the perfect place to sit. Really appreciate hotels when they have good common areas. Thanks so much for having us :)

Could not fault my stay. Hotel in perfect location for town and harbour. Large rooms, exceptionally clean. Nice white towels and bed linen. Quiet. Perfect breakfast made to order. Very friendly. Jazz night on Tuesday was excellent. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean, and all essential was there. Location was perfect! Not even 10 min from centre. From the apartment we had beautiful view on the sea! The owners was really helpful:) if you need there is an option to book their car park with nice price. Really recommend this place !!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grey Mullet, which is conveniently situated right at the harbour, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Our host, Ken, was very welcoming and helpful, giving us valuable advice about how to make the most of our stay.

The property was in a perfect location just a stride away from the town and beach , it was very clean and comfortable, the proprietors were most welcoming , offering us lots of information on restaurants and things to do in st Ives , we gave had a lovely stay and would highly recommended the Grey Mullet
