Dani and Cam essentially run the best B&B I’ve ever been to. You can’t even call it that: Distant Hills is where I want to work when I retire. A true home away from home and I was only there for fourteen hours. Wonderful house great food delightful stories to share.

Gail and Adam run the cosiest B&B in the Highlands, the room is small but has everything you need and the guests make you feel like home. The location is perfect for exploring the Highlands and the breakfasts with view on the landscape is unique. Gail is a great host, welcoming and full of useful tips for trekking. Everything! Jack (our host) was incredibly friendly and never shy to recommend good places to visit. The whole house was lovely and carefully decorated. Someone has a good eye for interior decoration and making the place feel like a home, even if it's just for a few nights. Everything was clean and well-kept. The bathroom was a dream! And Jack made us a very tasty and filling breakfast of porridge and a packed lunch for our next hike. Really one of our favourite places during our hike!!! 10/10 - would recommend!
