As a chef, he takes pride - and pleasure - in making your stay a memorable experience and will do everything and anything to achieve that. Breakfast was surreal: the buffet alone was mouth-watering; everything was tastefully decorated and more than anyone can possibly eat. On top, you could choose an extra dish which he personally prepared there and then for you - a feast for the eye, the palate - and most certainly the soul!
