We had a fantastic time staying here .Sabina was most welcoming on our arrival and couldn't do enough for us during our visit.The room was gorgeous and it felt like home ,the bathroom was stunning and spotless with beautiful towels and top class soaps etc The facilities in the room were very good 👍, lovely and clean with lots of coffee and tea etc.The bed was very comfy and the settee was wonderful.The breakfast was gorgeous with a good choice and plenty of it. Needless to say we know we have found the perfect stay for us in the future. It feels more personal staying here with lovely hosts and we can't praise them enough. Simply wonderful❤❤❤

I love how the guest house is right in the centre of town and how it’s so close to everything. Lovely host who is very helpful and knowledgeable about what sights to see. Would definitely stay here and again and will be recommending to others.

The staff was absolutely the kindest people ever, super welcoming, and they gave us all the helpful tips and best things to visit in York. I came with my mom, and we both loved the breakfast. The location could not be better, really quiet at night and, as well, day, and just walking distance from everything! They are also people who try their best to be environmentally friendly, so that's a really good point!

The room was impecable, they left for us some tea and coffee and a sweet treat which I thought it was a nice detail. Directions and indications to enter the room and building were super easy and clear. We asked for late check out at 1 pm, it only costed us 6£ more which we thought was cheap. Bathroom fully equipped with anything you need to shower and also hand soap. The bed was super comfy and clean, the room had netflix and other services installed so that was also a nice touch. It is a bit far the city center (15 min walking) but that made it better for us because it was a very calm and quiet area but also close enough to do everything by foot. The hosts were very communicative and nice. Overall a Great experience, highly recommend!
