Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is good light from the nice large patio windows. The bathroom is clean and shower has good pressure and hot water. There's a kettle and fridge which were appreciated. Location is good, close to Stalin museum, a good restaurant down the street and a grocery store across. It is very quiet. The hosts are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room and gave us a free ride to the bus station. It's more like a guest house than hotel, but it was perfect.

The host is the nicest guy who has built and managed the beautiful property in a professional way and with his tasteful personal touch! The room is most spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable.
