Location - It's walking distance from Colchis fountain & Pushkin Street. Everything is close by. Room - It was very clean & came with toiletries. Host - Zuzu was simply amazing. He was always a shout away & was very prompt in helping. I would strongly suggest in using Zuzu for all your tours. He is more economical than any other option on the market. To be honest, I was a bit worried about booking this property since there were no reviews, but it exceeded my expectations.

A cozy little guest house with an absolutely charming owner. We had a late check-in, she let us in and helped us settle quickly. In the morning we had the best possible breakfast - perfectly cooked homemade food and a kettle of tea. The owner was very hospitable. It was a pleasure meeting her.

We wanted to check in early. The room was occupied and going to be vacant in 1 hour, so she cleaned the room below and allowed us to use all the facilities. The host welcomed us with smiles and happiness The room is very neat and tidy, just like the photos. The room is very spacious for couples and provides an extra bed to keep your clothes, bags, suitcases etc. The showers are equipped with hot water, moreover the rooms and its toilets are well insulated with radiators ensuring floors and the walls remain warm during winters. The biggest help was the host let us check out late, at 5 30 p.m., despite the standard being at 12 p.m. without any extra charges, they are very helpful and would recommend this place to all travellers at all times. Excellent value for money and provides all facilities equivalent to a good stared hotel.

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Georgia in this price range, no question. Because it was not busy, the owner upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. This behaviour was typical of their kindness and desire to make sure we had the best stay possible. They also organised us a driver to take us to the cave and Canyon. On our 2nd night, we were invited to try the many different types of homemade chacha. Feijoya and blueberry were my favourites! The room itself was great, large enough with a good shower and the beds were OK, though in general the mattresses in Georgia are not great for me and these were the same. Personal preference of course. The room even had bathrobes and slippers. It's generally a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to town or a few Lari by bolt. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, with a nice view. Everything considered I highly recommend staying in this hotel.
