Great location, good food and a very helpful manager (Murman) that helped us with suggesting hikes, arranging transport on short notice, arranging horse ride and sending his very nice dogs with us as "guides" on our first hike.

I loved my stay here! Very sweet host who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She happened to be in the center so she gave me a lift to the house. She also got out of her way to book me a seat on the minivan for my travels next day, which I would have missed without her help. Though I had to leave early she prepared me a whole breakfast and gave it to me to eat on my way. The house is very peaceful at the border of the town and close to the river. For me it was perfect since I was tired of the busy and touristy center. The house has a big veranda looking onto a beautiful and well kept garden with a mountain view. My personal highlight was their little kitten. I fully recommend to stay here and hope I can return soon!

Location is very close to the center of Mestia. I stayed here before my trek to ushguli and left the luggage with them and then returned after I went to Ushguli. The place is immaculately clean and very nice and the family is lovely. The breakfast costs extra but it’s so massive that I ate it for lunch on day 1 of my trek as well. I recommend this place

The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.

This is one of the best guesthouses I’ve stayed in in Georgia. The hostess is incredibly kind and speaks German and Russian. The only thing I doing know anything about is the food as we ate in town each day.

Murman and his family were great hosts - warm and welcoming, providing excellent (vegetarian) meals and helping us arrange transport to and from the guest house. It is a lovely, relaxing place with a big garden and magnificent views of Ushba mountain and other peaks.

The best view to Ushba mount. This is the end house near mount. Very quiet place. The most tasty cuisine in Georgia(dinner and breakfast) with good price. Very helpful host. Good serving, big portion, a lot of dishes. And the main - it's very warm house, with thick walls and modern heating system. I was surprised that in the mountains can be so warm and comfortable. Trails, glacier and waterfall not far from home. A lot of interesting very old things in the dinning room. If I will be in Svaneti I stay hear again.
