Really friendly hosts. They tried the best to make our stay,as comfortable as possible. Arabica coffee, fresh fruits, handmade joghurt and cake. A nice garden. Really stylish furnitshure and everything was 100% clean. There is a beach just 3 walking minutes away. It's better than the public beach. Dogs, cats, gooses, chickens are nearby and make you feel as you would do holidays at the farmers site. However the best were the hosts georgj, maya and the rest of the family. Always a smile on their face and ready to help you if you need anything. Gorgeous people.We will come back again for sure. Thanks for everything.

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful and very welcoming hosts who speak excellent English. The apartment was spotless, newly furnished, and very cozy. The terrace is right by the sea with an incredible view – truly breathtaking! This place was an absolute highlight of our trip and, as far as we could tell, there’s nothing quite like it anywhere else in town.
