These hosts were the best! This was our first trip to Georgia, and we were looking for a place that to stay that offered a central location to the city as well as amenities such as breakfast and private bath. The location was excellent, about a mile from the very center of town. We took Bolt cabs to most places, but many things are within walking distance. The hosts were extremely hospitable, and they made sure all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were very clean with plenty of space. There were large breakfasts each morning that were delicious. Kakha, the owner, also offers tours that can be arranged a head of time for Tblisi and many locations throughout Georgia. We took a tour to Sighnaghi, a beautiful city two hours east of Tblisi, and enjoyed the trip very much. When we're able to return, there's no question we'll stay here!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism of this property. Each day our host, Khatunah checked in with us to see what time we wanted breakfast. The food was above normal and all homemade. We got to experience authentic Georgian cuisine with her scrumptious cooking. Khatunah and her family were so helpful, when we arrived at the property to discover we had left money and important documents in Batumi. Her daughter kicked into gear, contacting the previous hotel and arranging for our money to be email transferred to us! We were so concerned and Khatunah said “you are our guests and we will take care of you”. The property was exceptionally clean and I cannot recommend it enough. This will be my go to accomodation when visiting Tblisi again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. !
