The host was very helpful, even assisting with the marshrutka for the next morning, so we were able to continue our journey to Batumi successfully. We managed to rest well at the accommodation and woke up feeling refreshed. Although I’m not particularly a dog lover, even Bobby the dog melted my heart—we had a great time playing fetch. If you're looking for accommodation just 2 minutes from the cave city in Vardzia, you've found it!

If you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, that's the place! There are only two rooms and this provides a very intimate experience. Host are super welcoming and great to talk to. Food and Georgi's wine among the best we had in Georgia (and we been in Georgia many times!). The place is outside of the crowded part of Vardzia and is extremely quiet. Rooms are very good and tastefully furnished. A highlight of our trip!

Everything is great. Location is great, near river and on the half way to Varzdia. Breakfast is amazing too. Recommend this guesthouse for everyone.

Everything was fine. The room was reasonably sized for three people, fast internet, everything was clean and in excellent condition. Definitely can recommend it.

We toral recommend Luni's accommodation. The place is beautiful, close to Vardzia. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, and super-equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Number 1 for people who love nature. An oasis of peace and quiet in a wonderfully inspiring and picturesque place. the house, which I could boldly call my temporary Georgian home, is a place for meetings and conversations conducted by the extremely kind Mariam, who is the personification of hospitality, goodness and cordiality. It serves here an insane cuisine based on the best homemade products we have had the opportunity to taste. Melting tirebi, delicious breakfasts and dinners from hand, and above all, heart. Perfection and refinement in the healthiest form. I recommend it with all my heart as a place you miss right after saying "see you later". Cozy, naturally, a "real" home.
