The location was excellent walking distance to everything.And the accommodation was very nice, the place had 2 patios, which I enjoyed Kostas the owner meet me at the town square the day I arrived which was really nice of him, made things easier for me. If I ever I get back to Syros I would definitely wants to stay At Villa Maria again.

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Syros was perfect, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. He also shared fantastic local tips and recommendations that really made our trip special. His kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience highly, highly recommended! Concerning the room, it was amazingly clean and comfy. Perfectly located near everything. Amazing hotel, wonderful sea view and beautiful colors and interior in the room. Everything necessary was present in the room. Close to the city, but a lot of stairs so maybe hard for the ones not happy to walk stairs. Also the host picked us up from the port and gave us a ride back to the port at the end of our trip, very kind!

We stayed at Plazza Santa Maria for four nights and absolutely loved it. The place is beautiful, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully chosen. Located in a quiet area, it offers the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Special thanks to the incredibly hospitable host, Mr. Nicholas, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even helped organize a wonderful surprise for my husband’s birthday, making our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful area of town. The view from our terrace was spectacular. Daily room cleaning was immaculate, and the à la carte breakfast was perfect. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful. It’s a bit of a hill walk from town, but not bad at all, and if you’re feeling tired, there’s a free bus that goes up the hill or a taxi for 5 euros. No complaints!!!
