Stunning property and the most perfect sunsets to enjoy in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature. The room and bathroom is impressive. The location is also great with restaurants close by and short walk into town.

Amazing host in an amazing place with an amazing view Everything was perfect. The place was very comfortable and quiet with a fantastic view on the sunset and the caldeira. The owner Flora provided very good tips to helped us to organize our journey. The breakfast was incredible. The food was so good and with different taste everyday. The breakfast was so big that we did not need to have lunch and could wait for the dinner to eat. The room had everything and was super clean. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a very nice place close to Fira and have breakfast watching the caldeira. Wonderful!

The accommodation was superb. The villa is located 50 meters from the beach, right next to the mountain, a more isolated place, with few people, which you reach on a street that is intended only for the residents of the area. Spacious, furnished rooms. Perfect cleaning, once every two days I mention the kindness and availability of the owners. Adriana attentive to everything, she reacted to our questions. Moreover, he offered to organize our travel from the Airport, then to Fire. He also contributed to the organization of the 2 trips that I requested. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Moschatos Beach House

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is simply unbeatable — just a few steps from the bus stop and the beach. There are also plenty of shops around with groceries and everything you might need, which made the stay extra convenient and stress-free. They warmly shared recommendations on where to taste the freshest fish and which activities to enjoy, making our trip truly unforgettable. Their genuine care for every detail created a unique sense of comfort. The room was always spotless, with daily cleaning and everything kept perfectly in order. Breakfast deserves a separate mention — it was absolutely amazing! Served in a beautifully woven basket with fresh juices, local honey, and a delicious Greek-style scramble. We had a wonderful stay in Santorini! The accommodation was perfect, everything we needed was there, and the place was spotless. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and not just quickly, everything was thoroughly taken care of, so it always felt fresh and welcoming. What really made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always smiling and ready to help. On our arrival, she even brought us cold drinks, which was such a lovely gesture after traveling. She allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which made everything so much easier for us. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini, and we would love to come back ourselves!
