We just had the best time there. Probably the best apartment we had so far on our current travels. The hostess is such a lovely lady and help us out with everything, she even did our washing and offered us to help with booking tours. Everyone travelling to Flores we would absolutely recommend the stay at Ximel House! The house is also right next to the lake, Lanchas right infront of your front door.

A great house in a gated community opposite the airport and next door to a good shopping mall. Clean and well equipped comminal kitchen. Ample room with comfy bed, nice linens and hot water in the shower. Airconditioningnin room was perfect. Streaming options available to log into on the Smart TV. Excellent secure parking.

The staff at reception were so nice and helpful! Free breakfast was nice to have, the beds were comfortable. Friendly hostel but not a loud party vibe at all, very nice stay overall.

The staff were great. Also was happy to be able to use the washing machine and hang laundry out to dry. Island is small so location was only a 5 minute walk to the "main drag". Close to places to eat and places to pick up small items. They even provided coffee with the coffee maker. Fridge in room and a shared full kitchen on the upper deck.

We really liked the place, we got a big room on the rooftop. The kitchen was clean and spacious with a water dispenser. The breakfast was basic but tasty and also available very early in the morning. The location is perfect since there is a dock just opposite the building.
