Location is fantastic, close to everything you want to visit in Pula within walking distance. Breakfast is abundant (buffet style) with excellent quality presentation and preparation. Great, comfortable and everything we needed. 10mins walk from the ferry, bus and so close to the buzz of the main town but quiet so you aren’t disturbed. Great check in, good instructions and we enjoyed our stay. There was a kitchen for prepping food too. Super shower as well.

Our stay was amazing. Check in and out was hassle free. Neighbours were friendly and even helped when it came to parking. Room was chilly and cozy, really clean. Mattresses on beds were out of this world. Location was perfect and the city itself is avaliable by foot so we didnt have to use car that much. Will probably visit again.

The terrace overlooking the marina is lovely, room nice and clean, the alley quiet. The city centre is 20min walk (or 8 bus stops) away. The host is responsive and flexible. Definitely good value for money.

Very good location, quiet place, very clean. It has a small kitchen, also fridge, TV and AC. There is a small supermarket near by. It was close to the bus stop, if you want to go to the beach. The owner is very nice.

The La Preziosa Apt.4 exceeded my expectations. It's nicely furnished with a balcony and modern comfortable bathroom. The location is hard to beat and easily accessable in the heart of the City center. I liked the check-in process and the ease with which the host can be contacted. Great value for the money spent!
