We booked the room for 5 days from our country as we wanted to find a flat in Candolim for a long staying, but we stayed in this hotel for 3 monthes. Edward and all his family are very hospitable and help in all the questions. There are rooms with kitchen and without. The rooms are clean and comfortable with TV, frige, fan, air conditioner (as it is on photos). The hotel is the last one on small road with almost no transportation, so you don't hear the noise.

I had a great stay at Sea pearl :) The location is perfect, away from all the noise, in a beautiful green neighborhood- just a 3 minut walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are incredible big, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Dominique, Letty, and their wonderful son. Their warmth and kindness create a special atmosphere... This place is homely. The staff are genuinely helpful, and Terril and Jack are a gem of a person. They will make sure that your stay is absolutely comfortable and worth your time there. The place is located right at the centre. The beach is hardly walks away, the restaurants and bars are right around the corner. If you're planning to visit Goa, then this is where you should stay and have one of the best stays possible. Our absolute permanent residence for Goa from now on.

This guest house was perfect for us. Just a 3 min walk to Candolim beach, and it's a quiet beach area! Definitely the best beach area for kms! Having said that, on this bit of beach there are 2 places to eat and drink but you only need to walk another 2 mins down the beach to find more. And then just a 5-10 min to main road too. The guest house is homey, cute and quiet and we shared a room (2 friends), one in the double bed and one on the comfy sofa bed, so it was great. It's simple but it's clean and fresh and comfortable. We had no problems at all and the family in the house are friendly and so helpful. We used their taxi recommendation which worked well, and they did our laundry great too, and for an excellent price.

The place was really awesome & it had a positive vibe in it. The place was very close to the beach & the room was well cleaned & the charm this property has makes it all.. Thanks to the staff for the lovely hospitality.. Would like to visit again..
