The room was pleasant.nice area with Two lovely restaurants. Owners were very helpful and friendly they sold nice clothes as well. We were allowed to store our luggage there even though we checked out.. nothing was too much trouble for them.. we really enjoyed our stay..

Sunrise Guest house exceeded all of my expectations. The staff here are incredibly hospitable and will accommodate any needs that you might have. The food is top tier in consistency and quality (their pancakes, curries, ginger and lemon tea and fruit platters were but a few amongst my favourites). The rooms are comfortable and set next to an expanse of rice pattys. The restaurant feels so homey and we spent a great deal of time lounging around talking, reading and relaxing. Sunrise is right in Sanapur Town but feels like it’s its own little oasis whilst having easy access to everything that you might need. Tuktuks and scooters are readily available and the staff here are happy to help you with organising any transport that you might need. Our group ended up missing our flight from Mumbai to Hubili and we needed to get a bus instead. We messaged Sunrise about our predicament purchasing bus tickets as we are not Indian residents and you need to be one to purchase bus tickets. They bought our tickets for us and we reimbursed them upon arrival at the property. Any issues that you might have with travel, exchanging money, finding the best areas to explore they are there to lend a hand. Expect lounging in the hammocks next to the rice paddy’s, lazy days in the restaurant with mellow music and friendly staff, cosy rooms with fantastically thick pillows, the best ginger lemon honey tea you will ever have, huge fruit salads, the dreamiest curries and all of their accompaniments, the most helpful owner who goes above and beyond to help you with any mishaps that you might have. If you’re planning on traveling to Hampi definitely come and stay here.

Perfect stay! Highly recommended! Mr. Ravi is such a nice and helpful guy, he could organize everything! The room was cosy and with good views of the temple, very central location in the middle of the old city, close to the ghats of the river, if you want to go to the temples or island for bouldering. Gorgeous rooftop terrace, delicious food and a nice family caring for you. Thank you so much! I will come back!
