Afonso Guest House has a hospitality you can not find any place else. The personal attention from Jeanette and Clifton is very joyful and so friendly, they are superb. They made my vacation stress free arranging everything I needed. The rooms are spotless clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The terrace is a beautiful peaceful place where breakfast is served full of exotic plants with great taste and soft music to enjoy. The location is the best where one can enjoy long walks surrounded by colorful old Portuguese houses. My best vacation with no doubt has been here at Afonso Guest House.

Deric, the owner, is an excellent host who plays multiple roles in making your time in Panjim interesting and pleasant. He knows everything about this city and can make knowledgeable recommendations on sights, restaurants, events as well as anything else. He also knows much about Goa in general and is happy to share his insights. The delicious free breakfast that comes with the room is at Soul Curry, just across from the guesthouse. The breakfast menu is extensive. You will not leave hungry and Deric may come by to check to see if everything is going well. He has invested in fast, reliable 5g wifi. Everything goes smoothly at the guesthouse and the rooms are well appointed, comfortable and have refrigerators as well as air conditioners. My room, number 3, had a private outdoor sitting area, and two spacious rooms. The guesthouse is beautiful and is in a lovely neighborhood filled with other classic homes. From here it is a short walk to central Panjim. I can recommend, without hesitation, that you stay at Vivenda Rebelo while in Panjim. I am looking forward to returning someday.

This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.
