Excellent spacious apartment. Plenty of towels and comfortable living space. Beautiful views over the fjord, we saw porpoise playing daily. Next door to a popular ice-cream palour. We walked from the airport and also into town easily, no public transport required. A 15 minute walk to the swimming baths and 30.min walk to the forest lagoon ( although some parts of the busy road didn't have paths so not really recommended!) Large tv with Netflix. We did hear a lot of noise upstairs but I'm sure they could hear us too, more the nature of the old house than the guests. Wasn't too keen on the doll in the pram but plenty of great decor never the less. A great stay.

Great place and perfect hosts! We really felt like at home, the house is very clean and everything was curated in every detail: from the (superb) breakfast, to the room/house forniture, from the hot tub (that we could use) to the attention for details and care for the guests. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the genuine welcoming attitude and chats with the hosts.

This was the best stay during our trip! An entire small house with two bedrooms and living room/kitchen and a terrace with a grill. Beautiful location - private however only half an hour drive from Akureyri. Perfect when coming for whale watching, driving the Diamond Circle. Totally recommending it.

The most friendly hosts during our 2200 km around Iceland. We talked a lot about Iceland, culture, work, nature, ... Furthermore we loved the cookies, the lovely breakfast and had a lot fun playing board games in the cosy livingroom. Thanks for the great time we had here.

Beautiful guesthouse on a farm close to the ring road, very clean, cozy rooms with a charming, personal decor. Elisabeth was an extraordinary, very welcoming hostess, and her dishes were wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with many homemade ingredients (e.g. bread, jam, etc.). It was definitely the best and most convivial accommodation during our stay in Iceland.
