Communication with the Guesthouse was great, very accommodating too! The location is superb, walking distance to the city center. The Hallgrimskirkja is 100 meters away. Check in was flawless, room is spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a well equipped kitchen with free smoothies for all the guests. They also have free bicycles for guests to use. Free parking along the street.

We stayed here for three nights during our 10-day trip to Iceland. Disa she is a very warm and beautiful host. The house has been renovated for 5 years and is still in progress. From the furnishings in the house, we can see her design intentions! We are very lucky to meet her boyfriend, who is a professional composer and plays traditional and modern folk songs on the piano. He also performs at the Icelandic Harpa Concert Hall.Thank to Disa we stayed very comfortably for three nights in Iceland. The bus station is right next to it, there are parks nearby, delicious bakeries and ice cream, everything here is so wonderful 😊

The place was nice and clean. There was no problem with the bathroom, although the place was fully booked. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. all the information we got about check-in and out were clear. We also got the necessary information about the parking, so there was no problem with it. location is also great. to me, it’s a great place for one night if you want to visit the city

Great stay at Guesthouse Aurora. Very nice room, very comfortable beds, table, lighting is fine, clean bathroom, no problem with wifi, very tasty breakfasts, kitchen in the Guesthouse available to guests all day long, great location of the hostel, very nice service. After checking out, we left our luggage for the day without any problems. I want to come back to Reykjavik someday and I will definitely choose Aurora again.

The hotel is located right next to the church in Reykjavik, just about a three-minute walk away, which was a pleasant surprise. The suite was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us. Overall, it was a great stay!

The location is very good, just a 3-minute walk from the church at bus stop 8. It is a 10-minute walk to BSI Terminal Station and a 5-minute walk to the city shopping street, making it very convenient to travel to various parts of the city. The room had absolutely everything we needed. It was very cozy and warm, the bed was comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was especially appreciated! The shared kitchen was also clean and helpful, everything we could think of was provided, coffee, tea, utensils, fridge, microwave etc and even milk and cream for our beverages. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, with a Bonus supermarket very close and a short walk from the centre, near a bus stop for the tours and in general easy to walk almost everywhere. Staff were also very explanatory and kind and provided all the information needed. Thank you for everything, we would stay there again!
