The Guesthouse is close to the city center and bus terminals. (BSI and Reykjavík terminals) Supermarkets and Pastry shops are close by. Sights are within walking distance. Closest meeting points for tours pick up are Bus stop 2 or 3. We stayed in a small room, but it had a queen size bad, a table, 3 chairs, a closet, shelves and a sink. Towels, soap, toilette paper and linen were provided. 3-4 rooms shared one batrhroom with a shower and a toilette. We were lucky, there was no one else on our floor during our stay. The breakfast had ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, nutella, liquid joghurt, butter, tomatoe, cucumber, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, apple and orange juice, various kinds of bread. It has a fully equipped kitchen, that you can use all day long. Complementary coffee and tea available all day long. You can leave your bag for free on the day of departure.

For us the Guesthouse Sunna is in the perfect location in Reykjavik. The rooms are spotless. The bathrooms and showers are conveniently located on each floor. The kitchenette has appropriate utensils. We have returned to Sunna several times over ghetto past four years. Breakfast is offered for an additional charge and looks lovely.

The property is located within an easy walk to downtown, the Host is friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean with good quality linens. We stayed two separate nights and although the one room was quite small, it had all the amenities we needed.

The guesthouse was just amazing. There’s no better place in Reykjavik for such low price. In addition the owners and stuff are the kindest and most sweet people on the entire island. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location in Reykjavik, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the amazing staff member, Ingi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The value for money at this place is exceptional. Not only did we find the accommodation to be affordable, but the amenities provided were excellent. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate, allowing us to cook our meals comfortably and saving us a significant amount of money in the otherwise expensive city of Reykjavik. The complimentary tea and coffee were a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall convenience and value of our stay. One of the standout features of this place was the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Ingi, in particular, made us feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. He even went out of his way to accommodate our needs, allowing us to keep our luggage at the property until we were ready to pick it up later, which was incredibly convenient for us. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. The combination of great value for money, comfortable amenities, and exceptional staff make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Reykjavik. Without a doubt, I would stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The guesthouse is very strategically close both to the city centre and the bus terminal (from which the buses to the airport depart directly, with no need to book for the drop off/ pick up service), but at the same is in a quiet and very green residential area. The room is small (but it was clear from the pictures posted, so no surprises there) but very clean and comfortable. Thorey was a great host and ready to help when I called her before arriving, and left very specific instructions for us regarding our stay. Lovely dog too!

Very good price for a single room in Reykjavik, was even cheaper than dorm-beds in some hostels! Good location, only a few minutes walk to city center. Supermarket next door, still the street itself is rather quiet. Very clean and also has basic equipment for cooking.

Plenty of toilets (4) and showers (3), kind hosts who were eager to help with small favours, tasty smörgåsbord breakfast, quiet rooms, classic Reykjavík home guesthouse! Easy access to city center by short walk.
