Everything was excellent. Beautiful view from the room, fun balcony. The beds are extremely comfortable. Spacious shower. Swimming pool. High level equipment and high functionality for everything you need on vacation. Free parking. There are bicycles for riding in the vineyards surrounding the hotel. Very good breakfast. Raffaella helped with everything, gave ideas for trips and was helpful and very nice. Definitely recommended.

All rooms have a view of the lake and of the town of Riva del Garda and the view was wonderful. We had a balcony that was nice for the morning coffee and the afternoon drink. The breakfast was also great. There was a lot to choose from and the setting of the breakfast area was superbe with inside and outside tables looking out at the lake. There is also free underground parking and an elevator that takes care of the lifting of your luggage. The pool area looked lovely. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use it. We really really loved the place and will definitely go back.

The host, Giuliano, was very welcoming! He told us about the history of the town and the house and made a wonderful breakfast! (compliments to his wife on the delicious cake). Everything that you would need was in the room and the little village is beautiful. The bed comfortable and everything very clean.
