Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

We were greeted with warm welcome. Host, Elizabeth is amazing. Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi. Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc. A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room. The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous. We had a room with a balcony. When you looked right you saw the basilica, looked left and you saw Assisi. Gorgeous views. Lovely owner who was there when we arrived and when we checked out.
