A cosy apartment with a kitchenette filled with breakfast goodies (including home-made cake). It’s less than 15 min walk from the centre of Baveno, so away from the crowds but still convenient, and the area is very pleasant (nice square, old church, mountain views, free parking). And then we also tried a massage by Micky in the studio across the street (what a treat) and a lunch in their tiny restaurant (what a treat again!). Highly recommended!

Kind and attentive hostess, newly renovated and specious rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the room was heated very well, which was definitely a bonus because it was freezing cold outside! The bathroom was exceptional!

The location was excellent and peaceful, with restaurants and the town center just a few kilometers away. The hosts were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The house was clean and cozy, and breakfast was provided. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, with all necessary features, easy check-in (even in the night) and even easier check-out. Stunning views from the patio, kettle and tea/coffee ready, and super nice owners! If I knew a bit more about the hotel and the area, I would book a week, not 1 night! A place to come back for sure!

Everything is perfect. Pictures are true and accurate. Spacious room, clean and very nice & new modern bathroom, kitchen too, super clean, wifi great (good for those who work online), all the little details, it's really great.
