We stayed for one night near Fiumicino Airport and were completely satisfied. The place was spotless, located in a quiet area perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Frederico was outstanding: kind, helpful, and even arranged our transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

I liked anything you can imagine when it comes to the location, the cleanliness, the arrangement of the garden, the free bicycles, the calmness of the place and above all which is very important the (owner) was very careful to take care of her customers just to please them. Amazing in every way! The family owners were extremely kind, accommodating and made a beautiful inn for their guests. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Shuttle is provided for a nominal fee.

    Amazing host. Great communication & extremely helpful. Top location … a 30 minute flat walk into town. Plenty of parking nearby. Quiet comfortable room with shutters & curtains, air con as well as a fan and plenty of floor space to sort out luggage. The bathroom was spotless and big! We also allowed time to visit Ostia Antica for a few hours before a late night departure which I would highly recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the guest house.

    Leandro the host was so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I chose this guest house as I wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant. I was a little put off by the requirement for self check-in, but Leandro's illustrated instructions were so clear that the check-in was effortless. Bed very comfortable, place very quiet. There is an excellent Roman restaurant nearby.
