Gregorio was an amazing host and made such an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The location is perfect walking distance from all the beautiful spots in Florence. There's also a very convenient caffe for the perfect cup of coffee and a delicious croissant. The best thing about this property was the central location for our visit. Especially close to the train station since we went to different cities every day.

The place looks just like in the photos with high quantity furniture, very clean, charming and cozy. The locations is also excellent on the less touristic side of the city. There is complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also enough room for clothes. A spacy bed too. Mirko gave us some great recommendations and check in was super smooth and easy. We absolutely love everything! I also stayed in a 4-star hotel around the corner and would take Santa Rosa rooms over this hotel any day. 100% recommend.
