Very nice large room and bathroom . The bed vas comfy and very clean. Coffee and tea in the room , and a fridge on the common area. Nice little yard and perfect location. For sure will come back in the summertime too. We just stayed just one before the flight . There is a bus to the airport from this location for only 1 euro/pers, but you have to have the exact coins. Only 1euro coins .

Everything was great. Great host, late check-in, very clear instructions on check-in and stay. No problems at all - air conditioning and everything you need in the room. The price was a gift. The best I could find around the airport. They let me stay in the common area and work as much as I needed, very polite and understanding attitude, which is rare these days. WiFi is working fine, so I was able to stay connected as much was needed.

This was a fine stay for our layover in Rome. Easy walking distance to restaurants and close to the beach. The room was very clean, and the hosts were super hospitable. They took us to the airport the next day for a very reasonable price - let's say half the taxi fares. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
