The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of (they clean them everyday), the breakfast is delicious and it has very tasty bakery. The room is confortable, the bathroom is spacious. The beach is close and you have sun-bed and umbrella included. The location is very close to the center, but is not too close, so it is not noisy. It is a place where you would love to come back. I recommend it!

Ca’ Barbieri Guesthouse is truly a home from home. Anyone wanting to escape from day-to-day life should stay here. Marie and her family are ever so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they really looked after us. We left feeling like part of the family and are already planning our return for 2025 (we are counting down the days!!!) The breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious, it set us up nicely for a day by the pool. The pool itself is a piece of heaven, it is spotless and deliciously warm, while also cooling on a scorching summer day. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, cool (amazing A/C!!!) and had everything needed for our stay. We especially loved the blackout shutters and mini fridge. We had a wonderful sleep each night. The location of the guesthouse gives a real rural feel, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. This means you have a selection of restaurants which are frequented by the locals (always a good sign!). We will always remember our trip here. Thank you Marie

The property was spacious, clean and cozy. We were visiting family so the location was perfect, a short walk to where we want you to go and to the ferry. Our host was waiting for us when we got off the ferry and was most helpful, we will be back, we loved it.

The location was perfect for us, as visiting family. Chris was fantastic and nothing was difficult for him. Rooms were very clean and very modern, and the air con was perfect.

If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. We recommend this wonderful place and the very warm welcoming owners of this place! ♥️

Mr Matteo. Wonderful, unpretentious, and his bar. Italians like that are a thing of the past... The bathroom tiles are the most beautiful in the world. Delicious coffee, delicious ham. And the town is charming. Close to the sea. I RECOMMEND IT!!! We're going back there for a month :)
