We loved that we were able to check-in after normal check-in hours ended. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable room. The host left snacks on the table for us to enjoy and the room had a lovely balcony that we sat out on at night for fresh air.

The hosts were fantastic. Great communication, and very helpful. The apartment was really nice, with a communal kitchen/rest area, which had all amenities you would need, and a balcony with beach views. Location was brilliant, just across the road from loads of bars and restaurants, and the beach. Short drive from the airport, and the hosts organised a taxi for me back to the airport, and with my flight being at 06.30 in the morning, this was very helpful. Would definitely recommend, and if I was in Lido di Ostia again, I would certainly go back to this apartment.

Location was a little further from the airport but it was still close & easy to get too via bus! Bus ride was cheap too 1.30/person Could see the ocean from our room window, location is very close to the beach

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. Nearby there is a great beach, public one, with bar and all required facilities. Host is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask her a questions as you'll get the best recommendations.

Sandro, the owner and host, was charming and most considerate. The seven ladies on his staff, whether they were cleaners or chefs, were all super friendly and helpful. The historic building has been beautifully restored and is located in the countryside above Folognia in the center of Umbrian hill towns. Topping it off were the lambs, sheep, goats, cats, chickens, and goose in the barnyard. Breakfast was the same daily but was high quality and included the best cappuccino and cafe Americano of our trip. Saving the best for last was the dinners which were 4 course gourmet meals with excellent wines produced on the farm, all at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate!
