We had everything that we needed and was very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. Allessandro was very helpful and replied fast for any question that we had, even about the road taxes in Sicily, where I struggled at. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is on the same level but in other apartment and it is well equipped. Historical center can be reached with the personal car in approx 10-15 min. I highly recommend. Free parking spots can be found very easy next to the facility.

We stayed at three different hotels during our week in Messina, and this one was by far the best experience. Everything about it made us happy — the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet and cozy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location is right in the center, within walking distance to all the main attractions. And Marco, the manager, might be the kindest and most helpful person we’ve met in all of Sicily. Highly recommended!

This is the best experience I had in a hotel in Europe! I travel a lot, and I have also been to many cities in Italy, but I have never had such an experience. The host, an amazing person, helped me with everything, showed me places that exist in the city for recreation, explained everything to me patiently, was attentive to all my needs. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you need, everything is modern, the dishes in the kitchen, the place is sterile, clean, everything is new. The hotel contains three rooms which gives a lot of privacy and is a 15 minute walk from the city. The hotel has a central bathroom and a central kitchen. The host is very kind and takes care of everything. Strongly recommends!

The B&B is brand new and you can tell has been renovated with good quality standards. The whole apartment was clean and tidy up as well as rooms and bathrooms. The host was very polite and helpful, he waited for us to arrive keeping also a parking spot for us in front of the gates. We were provided with cold water in the shared kitchen and more water in our room as well as coffees and other breakfast snacks. Everything was brand new, starting from the bed with USB ports to the super clean and modern bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The location is very close to the city centre and about 10mins walk from the port where you can get the ferry to go to Calabria
