The accommodation was excellent; comfortable bed, good shower, generous breakfast and everything was spotlessly clean. Our lovely host Samuel was so kind and helpful. He upgraded us from a double room to an apartment and even gave us a lift into town for dinner and again in the morning to resume the Via Francigena.

What was there not to like!!! The couple running this Tuscan Villa were simply outstanding, the breakfast included was delicious and they catered to your needs, providing restaurant and parking suggestions for towns and cities nearby. The villa was very well kept, the grounds along with the rooms were great. Each room has it's own little outdoor patio, perfect for sitting in the evening to enjoy a beverage. We had a busy schedule while at the villa, so I wish we had booked one more day to simply lounge around and enjoy the pool and sunbathing loungers. This is a very small and quaint villa, only 3 rooms, I believe, so you definitely get personal service.

Wonderful stay at an amazing home that dates back to medieval times. Beautifully restored and decorated. Great breakfast as well. Kind, genuine host who is extremely helpful. staff are also kind and welcoming .The town is a great base for a short stay to visit nearby vineyards or hike. the town itself is peaceful and has lots of good. restaurants. Highly recommend.
